Return Policy - Directive 2023/2673 (Art. 11a)
Products purchased from TimeLove can be returned within 14 days of receiving the
shipment. During this period, you can try and examine the product just as you would
in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and free from
any damage. You may take the product out of the box, unless the packaging is
sealed.
If you decide to return the product, you must do so using the "Withdraw from contract" button in your personal area.
Please note that you must ship the products back within 14 days of informing us.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless you prefer a different method. The refund will be processed within 7 days.
We will cover the return shipping costs, provided that the return is made following the standard procedure described above for successfully delivered products. This free return policy does not apply to packages automatically returned to the sender due to non-collection or failed pickup, for which return shipping costs will be deducted as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Non-Returnable Products
The following types of products cannot be returned:
- Products that have been custom-made based on the buyer's specifications
- Perishable goods or products with a limited lifespan
- Products that cannot be returned if opened due to hygienic reasons, such as briefs,
underwear, and sex toys. - Sealed products that cannot be returned if the seal is broken
